Elementary camp

Friday was the Elementary camp where we get to be hosted by the children. All we need to do is pitch the tent, relax, be fed, enjoy the fun and entertainment and have a good time with friends.

Kisses, awww

When Adam does something cute – like give Grace a kiss – Grace finds it very cute and often says, “Awww.” Adam has noticed, so a kiss is no longer just a kiss….

The pink scooter goes, “weeee!”

It turns out that the actual sound that a pink scooter makes when traveling (especially downhill) is, “Weeeee!”

Bubbles

Oh! The joy of bubbles!

Floor cuddles

These three love each other, drive each other crazy, look out for one another, push each other around, make each other laugh and make each other cry. It’s crazy and wonderful all at the same time.

Holy bouncing balloons batman

This is the face you pull when you’re trying to catch a balloon and bounce at the same time.

Supper time

Grace made us supper – coconut crumbed chicken with sweet potato chips….yummy. The idea is for her to cook a meal for the family once a week which she is excited about.

The snow globe ballet show

It has been ballet show time, and tonight was the final performance. Grace has absolutely loved the shows and comes back floating on cloud 9 – a bundle of excitement and happiness.

The show is called “The snow globe” and Grace’s class are all Maypole Flower Sellers (thanks Ursula for the photo!). She has really been enjoying her ballet this year and is interested in going to class twice a week now. The shows are really a highlight for her.
