Grace picks up The Hungry Caterpillar book today and has a little conversation with herself,
"I'm Maya, what is your name?"
"Grace."
"I'm going to read you a story today – The Hungry Caterpillar."
This comes from a tablet app which reads stories and the narrator's name is Maya….and she follows that pattern every time.
Ooooh, I think I'll just scoot over there.
Or, I'll just bash my head on the floor
Hiding away from Leo the lion in the cave
Making sure brother does not fall over
