Catching a peaceful dose

Adam is getting more and more alert, taking time to look at things and often staring into some void which we can’t see. His favourite thing to look at seems to be the beams in our ceiling – the dark beams against the light ceiling gives good contrast. He lifts his head up when we’re downstairs and actively looks for the beams. The door and window frames are also a firm favourite.
