I told Grace that we were going to go and see Keren and she was super excited. I missed the first few seconds when she said, "I'm so excited to see Keren!" which was then followed by the "Keren! Keren!" dance.
Grace was using the toilet and called me when she was done. After we were done wiping she says to me, "Sorry for the stinky poo dad." Apology accepted my angel.
I’m guessing that they spoke about Women’s Day at school yesterday, because today Grace was running around shouting, “Happy Women’s Day! Happy Women’s Day!”
The bump!
Some time outside in the sun this morning
Having some slide fun
Grace has picked up a new habit at swimming. Once she is done, she whips off her swimming costume pants walks to the pool and squeezes the water out of them. Once her top is off, then it gets a squeeze too. And this week she is still enjoying her swimming partner.

I was sitting at my desk talking to a colleague on the phone and I see something outside drifting past my window. Looks like a balloon, but I didn't see Donné and Grace outside and it was a bit windy to play with balloons outside. Hmmm, a rather longish balloon with a particular pointy bit on the end. That's when I had to stop the conversation due to my laughter and explain to my colleague that a condom balloon had just floated past my door. Not too sure where it came from, but definitely unexpected. A minute or two later there was more laughter as it popped and sent a cat flying in fear.
Grace really wanted to wear her Daisy & Minnie short sleeve shirt this morning, which we were against. After unsuccessfully trying to get her to choose an alternative I said to her, "Grace, go and get a white top to wear under that." She comes back with her top, "That was a good idea!"
Grace was lying next to Donné on the bed and turns towards her, "You're beautiful."
Last week Grace was saying, "Not feel well," quite a bit. We know that it can mean a number of things, from hungry, to tired, to anxious, to actually not feeling well. Often she will also add that she has a sore tummy.
